So no thyroid meds just yet... apparently the doctors are now saying I MAY have hypothyroidism. And they just want to keep me on regular check ups for 6 months =(
I'm not happy with this, so now I'm looking for alternative ways to deal with it until they decide to put me on something.

And another thing that ha got me down is the 1.6ks I put back on. Feeling a bit depressed now after this morning.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 46.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Depression sets in and you don't care. Try to pull yourself together. things will be much better now the Doctor is watching that thyroid. I am diabetic Type 2 on insulin, and insulin makes you hungry. Like you, I often feel down down - but not all the time. Use the good/ip times to really cut back on those calories! Hope this helps - i can't talk as I am struggling.
