i find it handy to look up ingredients occasionally. also i like to keep track of my exercise. as long as its not becoming an obsession i think fat secret is fantastic.

Unfortunately I think I've let it become an obsession I can't stop counting calories and won't exceed 1400 a day if I can help it

Thanks guys =) I know losing too much weight isn't good but I don't want to go back to how I used to be, it's a big step taken to get me here not one I want to waste

True that, but at the moment I am taking it slowly and seeing what works best for me

That sounds good. The problem is if other people try to control your food it's normal to then want to over control it yourself and that creates issues. Happened to me when I was 17.

True that, at least my parents don't have a problem with me making my own dinner and my bf's family... well negotiations need to be made but yeah so far so good
