Pfft I have plateaued. 1 weeks same weight. Ah well I didn't put any on and that is more important. I have been using my treadmill so any I may have lost perhaps is now muscle.
61.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
