such a nice feeling when you see your clothing start to feel a bit loose, I can still wear all my cloths but everything is super conformable :-)
I tried rope skipping yesterday and nearly dropped dead after about 40, how on earth we did that so easily as kids?

Good luck with the rope skipping - it sounds exhausting, but worth it!

Its weird - there is so much fluctuation, though it is keeping me limited to eating the right amount, so that is something!

true, it is a good measure in my opinion, I took your other comment about salt and fluid retaining on board, I probably did eat too much salt. thank you :-)
