Ok so back from Bali and I didn't do too well over there. I ate everything I shouldn't have and I guess the good thing is I didn't drink - which would have made it 10 times worse! In damage control now. Trying to get rid of the extra kilo or so that found its way to my hips :( Not publishing my weight, as it will de-motivate me but I know that I am home now, so I will give it my best shot to get back down. I know too why I might be weighing a bit heavier over these couple of days, so I won't give it too much thought. I am back on track.
