Feeling ok with 1kg loss; despite 2 parties on weekend and not recording calorie count or exercise yesterday. Which gives me room to improve this week. Also decided to weigh myself every 2 weeks and measure my waist on the other week. So still weekly measurements so I don't then feel despondent with poor results then start sabotaging or with the self talk that says I should soothe myself with something sugary/fatty or high carb.
