after 3 days on the military diet with some exercise I am not that impressed with the outcome 🍎

Have you set a daily RDI for kilojoules? Does the military diet help you stay within your RDI?

Give it a bit longer before you make a judgement call on it. You might see more results if you do it for a few weeks in a row.
