Not weighing in until after Aunt Flo week is finished.
Have started my diet/lifestyle change. Not doing keto, but something else. I have joined up with The Healthstyle Emporium and using their Juice plus products. Started on the weekend, so I'm not expecting anything to happen just yet.
I no longer hate my body. But am looking forward to the new me and the wardrobe of clothing I can finally wear.
