Started back at the gym last week. Scales aren't moving, but my shape sure is! I can see/feel major changes lately, and even people at work are mentioning it. Gotta get over the number on the scale I think.

I totally agree. Keep up the good work. Stick to a good diet and work those legs; squats, lunges, step ups and a run or walk. They are a major killer of fat from everywhere. :)
