Wendy Armitage's Journal, 13 Feb 17

Been feeling really good the past week. I'm feeling happier. Though I start to feel tired from 5.30 in the afternoon. But i'm always up from 4am.

I've been going to the pool and doing exercies. And I have started on one of my long term goals of learning to swim.

I only started that 3 days ago and I already managed to learn the breathing technique, ckick down to the deep end and today I dived down and touched the bottom of the pool.

I am so proud of myself. I still can't believe I did all of that in just 3 days. I stil have a long way to go.

Food intake is getting better by the day. I've swapped potato for sweet potato and have been eating steamed veggies with my proteins. I have made my own muesli bars. Only 6 ingredients. Which I eat as a after dinner snack.

But yeah I feel great.

Onya Wendy :) Cuppla points. You won't lose weight by exercising. You will get healthier, but not lighter. Muesli bars? Snack after dinner? If you need a snack after dinner, you are eating the wrong foods. Increase fat, lower carbs, you won't be hungry. Muesli bars are VERY VERY bad because of their high sugar/carb/grain content. Forget them, or make your own nut bars, but honestly, if you 'need' (as opposed to want :)) a snack after dinner, you are simply not eating the right food for dinner, because if you did, you wouldn't be hungry. Attitude will take you a long way, so keep it up :)
