Well this is a bit exciting! Goal of 10% of weight loss required achieved last week and I'm feeling like I'm mentally ready for the next goal of 99.9kg to appear 🎉
101.1 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
