A couple of intensive gym sessions the last 3 day. A 10K run in the melbourne marathon on sunday. Have dropped a few grams.
Fueled up on carbs and protein after the run and expected to lose a few grams.

I think my body's inbuilt homeostasis rules kick in to keep my weight around 70K's. I have been down to and just under 68Kg but I gradually return to 70.
I am going to go through my diet again. I don't count calories but should do it to get a little more insight. I eat healthy with the odd cheat meal but no sugar, soft drink or junk.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
