Disappointed as iv been pretty strict food wise, I’m on omad, and in 7 days iv had 4 vodkas. A loss is a loss but so many others are losing much more in a shorter period of time. I’m back to walking as well, walked wed, thurs, friend, sat and sun. No change in my waist either!
76.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
