My 2 week weigh in will be Friday morning and I really hope I’ve lost some weight. I know for a fact I’m eating better, no take away foods at all, no fizzy drinks, no chips, lollies or biscuits- basically I’m still continuing to eat clean. I haven’t used my car. I’m waking and taking buses to places. But to be honest, I have had crazy urges to indulge and yet I’m being strong and NOT giving in! Just gotta keep thinking of my end result and that I’m learning how to eat healthier. Now that’s gotta be way more important than stuffing my face with bad foods and becoming obesely disgusting...
