A muesli bar that is high in protein and has some simple and complex sugars which makes it good for after a workout.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place nuts in a food processor and blend. After the nuts become a meal keep processing and they will become a slightly sticky like nut butter.
- Place in a pot or microwave safe bowl. Add the honey and heat slightly to allow the honey to soften. Mix in the oats.
- Press into a tin and place in the fridge to harden. Alternatively it can be rolled into 6 balls and rolled in cocoa.
