Mango Smoothie

Yummy smoothie for breakfast or snack. Mangoes contain many antioxidants to help boost your immune system

  1. Peel and chop mango, Add to blender along with Greek yoghurt, rice milk and fresh mint.
  2. Add some crushed ice. Blend and enjoy.
  3. Note: if you like your smoothies really cold freeze the mango the night before.
