Tofu & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté tofu in oil until lightly golden.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, carrots and onions, and sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add snowpeas and mushrooms, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add stir-fry sauce, bok choy and water.
  4. Sauté for 2 more minutes and then serve with steamed rice.
