OMAD Just checking in. I was able to do the OMAD (One Meal A Day) for the second day strait on vacation. also hit the gym and weights for an hour. I have no idea what I will weigh this weekend but I know I did me best while still having fun (my one meal was an an insane buffet but i went light on the carbs).
