So, I think I'm gonna start taking the creatine I bought a few months ago. I was holding out because of the side effect of bloat during the loading phase. But, I just read that one can avoid the bloat by skipping the loading phase and just taking it daily. The article stated it would likely take 4-6 weeks to see the benefits, but is still a perfectly legit to get the muscles fed without gaining water weight. Even if I did gain a couple pounds in water weight at this point, it certainly won't be the end of the world.
