I was so afraid to weigh in yesterday, because I didn't do to well with the diet this past weekend (had some steamed jasmine rice, a few potatoes and several glasses of wine). I only went up a half a pound. Thank goodness!! I'm back on track now :)
95.0 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
