Unrelated, but I think i feel the symptoms of a diverticulitis episode coming on. Even with the overnight loss, I'm puffy and uncomfortable. Wearing stretchy pants, going to take it super easy on myself and see if we can just let this one slip by with no drama. Good reason to make soup, maybe make some noodles. Also a good reminder of no matter how much you think you can control all things, you can't. It is what it is.
