Well, this is fun. Ate right around goal, forgot to eat 1/2 my snack (it's still in the fridge) and yet we're up this morning. Didn't walk last night, took a shower, washed the bird's nest sitting on top of my head and went to bed right after. Slept most of the way through the night, which is good. I was tired. We'll call this a fluctuation, sticking to the plan. Will walk tonight, calms the mind and helps me move things along inside too. If you're not picking up on those subtle clues, it's a poop thing. Walking and other exercise is the best thing ever to keep your guts doing what they do.
Muscle holding (elevated number is not going to hold), blob is still trending down, so we'll take it, and I need to drink more water today.
It's Friday eve, all the dogs' bloodwork came back good so it's a good day. Onwards.
