The scale absolutely has not budged in over ten days, and I don't care...LOL!! It's because I'm doing a lifting program and I gain muscle quickly. I am, however, still dropping inches!!
3.75 more inches off my hips!! INSANE!!
2 more inches off my chest
1 more inch off my waist
2 more inches off my chest
1 more inch off each thigh
1/2 inches off each arm
89.8 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
