Lunch out with a friend yesterday. Split it in half and ate the second part for dinner. shrimp linguine which had way fewer calories than all the salads there. go figure. I eat enough salad at home I decided to enjoy the pasta. highlight of the meal - people watching. we had a blast.

Nice to get out and linguine sounds delicious. I agree about restaurant salads, they can easily add up to 1000 calories if you're not careful.
