Light, fluffy, and perfect bread replacement suited for a low-carb diet.
Ingredients
Directions
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Peak egg whites once salt and cream of tartar has been added.
- In a separate bowl, add cream cheese to yolks and mix.
- Gradually fold the egg yolks and cream cheese to the peaked egg whites.
- Place each serving around 10 cm apart in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
