A flavourful and easy beef stir fry.

Directions
- Slice up meat and vegetables.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry meat first about 1 minute till brown. Set aside. On the same pan, fry onions, garlic and then add all the vegetables, cook for about 5-8 minutes depending on how you like your vegetables.
- Add meat and toss through for another minute. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you wish. It's ready to serve.
