Quick and easy vegetable pizza.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Slice eggplant into 2cm thick slices. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Cook until light browned. Set aside to cool.
- Spread paste on the pizza base then sprinkle with dukkah.
- Put the remaining vegetables on top then sprinkle with cheese.
- Place the pizza base on a tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
