Directions
- Peel a chop all vegetables finely.
- Brown all the vegetables in olive oil until softened. Add mince, mix well everything and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Then reduce the heat to medium/low temperature and add passata sauce, chopped parsley, all seasoning and sugar (optional).
- Simmer the sauce for about 40-60 mins on low temperature.
