Simple Banana Pancake
Ingredients
Directions
- Peel and Mash banana's into a medium bowl, until smooth.
- Add 2 eggs, into the bowl, and mix.
- Next Whisk the Flour and Baking Powder. Then set aside for 5 minutes.
- Then Lightly spray your pan with oil and heat pan to medium.
- Pour or spoon batter into pan and spread the pancake mixture, until 1cm thick. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides, until pancakes are golden and cooked through.
