Dealing with a few emotional and medical issues these last few weeks and havent been eating so well - too many carbs and comfort food :( - so I'm not suprised by the result --- One further med test this week and then I'm getting back to work on losing these extra Kg.
82.5 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
