I must say have to stay on top of my Food Journal 😳😃 it helps me to be accountable.
It’s easy and I don’t have to think about it.
Buy hot chicken (Coles)
Buy salad bowl (Coles)
Shake Healthy Mummy

I mean this is what got me into trouble in the first place convenience.

So why not turn it into healthier option for now.

Yeah the Food Journal is a great help! I confess I'm a bit slack with the exact details - I just try to get the calories roughly right! And yeah, convenience can be a killer of healthy habits! :/

I spent a fortune on healthy mummy shakes and I can’t stomach them. They taste like chemicals. Do you add extra to them?

nanorris85 I have coffee which I love 😃 Choc-fudge is good 😀 Banana I gave it to my hubby it was foul tasted 🤢 yuck so will not order that again. But I know that their will be good and bad in everything. An I am determined to get this weight off. 😳😬 Yes! I do add to the shakes I have put the addition ingredients in my food journal 😃 Yes! Raeliss want to get under 100kgs with the shakes then I want to start trying to make low calorie healthy food. Then I will make good life healthy food choices. That’s my goal ❤️
