So huge drop over the last week, I feel like I was retaining a lot of water and that's what most of the weight was. Been to 5 F45 classes this past week and my body is sore. Trying a few different meals from their diet plan and am loving it.
153.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 53.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
