Still same. To the gram. Walked / jogged 5 km
Got my time down at Parkrun by 9 minutes
So actually pretty happy. Weight will drop. My body just has a hard time giving it up.
Happens every time. Just have to stick with it and be patient
81.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
