Trying so hard with such little result is becoming frustrating and demoralizing. I will drop my nett carbs to under 30g daily, eat more fat and take up walking regularly. Interestingly, my blood pressure today was 119/72 - the lowest in many years. Maybe I am doing something right after all.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep going!! I’m doing the opposite to you, vegan with lots of high carbs from starch and low fat from avocados & nuts, weight is steadily dropping 😊

try Maria Emmerich's macro calculator. once I changed my macros based on that calculator, my weight starting dropping fast. it was much higher protein and lower carbs than I was on
