I was about to write that I hit the gym twice yesterday and lost 200g and what nonsense that was until I measured my ketones at 1.8mmol/L which is starting to get pretty serious. I guess now is the time to embrace Keto not look back and spend a fortune on probiotics unless I become friends with psylium husks which I cannot stomach.Open to suggestions on fibre bit.

I started taking a general probiotic about a week ago; IBS plus another gut problem might be stressful so I am giving it a go - feeling pretty good today.

I don't tolerate psyllium husk well but have been fine taking Benefiber. It's soluble fibre, tasteless, easy to take with food or drinks. I dissolve it in a glass of water. If you tolerate dairy, try kefir (I like Table of Plenty brand but there are lots to choose from), it's not cheap but a more natural way to take probiotics.

Thanks for the help, might try the Benefiber and check carbs in Kefir. My worry with Kombucha is carbs but will check as well, Cheers
