Its on again l am not having another fat birthday.
113 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 48 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how you feel. my bday was a few days ago and it was so depressing and I'm fatter than I've ever been. not that there's parties or whatever available to get thin for 😪😔

Thank you 😊. I spent the evening with my son and his little family it was lovely. I dont go out much anyway, im disappointed in myself as l used to be very heavy and got down to my goal weight. But ive gotten comfortable and let a lot of it creep back on.
