I weighed in at 125kg, so no loss but no gain at least either because I have been sensible. I haven’t really committed to a diet since I started this. I start most mornings with good intentions but then get busy, hungry and forget my goal. I feel like commitment is coming though … for some reason I keep remembering a saying “nothing tastes as good as slim”. How true. But not in a toxic way. I have been feeling very low confidence about my weight lately and I just really want to feel better about myself. Nothing is going to taste better right now than that. I just need to remember that mid afternoon at snack time lol!

The best way is not having them around🥰 make some tea and skip snacking

I agree with Daphne. A cup of tea is my go to afternoon tea. I am retired so my calorie requirement is going to be a lot less than yours Kate. I am eating about 1000 cals a day and am losing about 200gms a day. I would keep popcorn handy as well as fruit salads, trail mix, rice cakes etc in your work drawer. Good luck, it's damn hard!
