It's been a battle but I've reached the next milestone, 15 kilos lost. I've gone from size 18 to 14 and it won't be long before I can wear size 12. I am apple shaped so everywhere is a 12 but my tummy. It's ironic that today I lost weight as I ate more cals, a Greek yoghurt cup with toasted crumble and fruit for lunch then Thai takeaway for dinner. Now I have to keep this loss and continue this year long trial.
77.4 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
