Day 3/7. Not a loss, but gratefully accepted as I stuffed up twice. 1: I allowed my partner to dish up my tea (Portion too big, I can avoid 2nds but I cannot leave food in my bowl as it's wasteful). 2: I accepted offerings of chocolate (my weakness). Upside here is 2 valuable lessons learnt 👩‍🎓
53.7 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can relate to that. When we have company for a meal I tend to eat larger portions, like today but didn't have any desert. Now for dinner I'll just have home made Greek white bean and vegetable soup - "Fasoulada" - very satisfying

I am very focused on my diet. I haven't had any cakes, ice cream or chocolate this year but if I want something sweet I now eat boiled lollies, Frosty fruit icypoles or fruit tingles all of which are low cal. I am going to start serious exercise when I move (gym included in the facilities) so then I might be able to eat more carbs. Looking forward to that!

Thanks, I'm trying. Have to cook for someone, so makes it harder, like last night spaghetti bol, had half cup pasta and one cup meat sauce, which I triwd ti extract every bit of fat, from the brouned mince. Fat percentage in last month down, so pleased about that and respiration is 96% - oxygen in the blood.
