Finally fitted back into a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear for a number of years!(over a decade actually)... So encouraged, but still more kg to go.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
