Wow! Hard to believe I have actually lost 15kg. So encouraged. People are starting to now really notice and lots of my clothes are feeling a bit loose! Best of all, I'm feeling a whole lot better in myself.

regular exercise, lo carb diet, intermittent fasting and monitoring daily calories has made the difference.
