ltd been a long time since I have weighed in below 85kg. Aiming to be below 80 by Xmas. I never thought I would be able to do this, but so glad I'm seeing the results of my efforts.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
