Simple yet juicy and tasty chicken breast.

Directions
- Place chicken between 2 sheets of baking paper and pound until 1.5cm thick and place into a tray lined with baking paper.
- Mix dry herbs, brown sugar and spices together in a bowl. Drizzle one side of chicken with coconut oil, season with salt and pepper then the seasoning mixture.
- Place into a preheated oven of 180 °C and bake for approximately 18 minutes or until done.
