Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for lean beef mince, grated onion and carrot, chopped garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and egg.
- On stove put passata sauce in large saucepan, add salt and pepper then bring to boil.
- Reduce the heat and start making meatballs desirable in size.
- Put them into the simmering sauce. Simmer meatballs for about 25-30 ins on medium heat.
- Five minutes before turning off the fire, add chopped parsley and garlic.
