Turkey Patties

Healthy turkey breast patties.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate or finely chop onion then mix all the ingredients well together.
  2. Form patties desired size and shape.
  3. Heat non stick frying pan, add a little bit of olive oil and sear the patties until they hold the shape.
  4. Transfer patties into deeper pot and add about 100 ml of water, cover with a lid and simmer for 30 min on medium/low heat.
