Tomato Basil and Four Bean Pasta
Fresh and easy to make pasta.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook and drain pasta.
- Add oil and finely chopped garlic to large pan with light heat.
- Add spinach and basil, cook until lightly wilted.
- Drain beans, add pasta then add to the pan. Stir until heated and mixed through evenly.
- Chop tomato into small pieces.
- Divide into bowls. Add tomato to each bowl and a few leaves of fresh basil on top.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
