Salmon Patties

Sweet potato and salmon.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Steam and mash the sweet potato and cauliflower.
  2. Add salmon, crumbs and lemon pepper to the mix. Shape into 12 patties.
  3. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°c or until brown.
