Chicken Rice Noodles

Easy to make, delicious and filled with plum sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook chicken mince with sauce in a moderate pan. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Pour boiling water over noodles and cover. Drain once done.
  3. Dice cucumber and capsicum.
  4. Serve mince on top of noodles and garnish with cucumber and capsicum
