Egg White Omelette

Perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Whisk egg white, add pepper & salt.
  2. Cut cherry tomato as desired.
  3. Chop parsley.
  4. Pour egg white into omelette pan, cook for a couple of minutes on medium, then add chopped parsley and half of the tomato.
  5. Flip one side of the omelette over the other so the tomato and parsley are tucked in the middle.
  6. When cooked, slide onto plate with rocket and remaining tomato on the side.
