Directions
- Wash and cut the vegetables.
- Heat oil and fry onions until transparent. Add oregano and mix.
- Add carrot and celery and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add all other vegetables and paprika and mix.
- Add bone broth and bring to a simmer then put lid on.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
